Terms of Use

1 - Acceptance By accessing and using nuvlyn.com (the "Site"), operated by Igor Makic (AMICIS SYNERGY), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2 - Products NUVLYN sells bracelets made from natural gemstones. As the stones are natural, slight variations in colour, pattern, and size are normal and are not defects. Product images are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

3 - Orders & Prices Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

4 - Payment Payment is made by credit/debit card or PayPal. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed.

5 - Shipping & Delivery Products are shipped from our partner warehouses. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6 - Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without needing to give a reason. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

7 - Intellectual Property All content on this Site - including the NUVLYN name, logo, text, images, and designs - is the property of NUVLYN and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8 - Liability NUVLYN cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9 - Governing Law These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
