Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

First drop pre-orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number by email. After the first drop, standard delivery is 8 to 16 business days.

These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. NUVLYN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or any event beyond our control.

Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
